Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

🇺🇸 United States: 6–10 business days
🌍 Rest of the World: 10–13 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may occasionally vary due to customs procedures, local carriers, public holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow a short period of time for tracking information to become available after dispatch.

International Orders

We ship internationally. Depending on the destination country, customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees may apply. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may no longer be able to modify the delivery address.
